REGISTRATIONS

The registrations will be opened from December 1st, 2009 until June 15th, 2010.

The registrations will be limited to 32 teams maximum and will close when they will reach this number.

RULES

1.      Laws of the game

The tournament will take place following the regulation of the Andorran Federation of Football, except detailed aspects below.

2. Number of players

I. The match will be played by two teams. Each of them will consist of seven players of whom a goalkeeper.

II. Every team could begin the match with at least five players.

III. The maximum number of players registered on a match will be 12.

IV. After beginning the match, all the substitutions will be authorized.

3. Duration of the match

I. A match consists of two periods of 20 minutes each.

II. There will be a 5 minutes half-time break between halves.

III. Before the beginning of the match the players will have ten minutes of warm-up.

4.     Punctuality and absence

I. The teams will have to appear at the fixed hour. In case of delay, there will be 10 minutes of wait. This time will be deducted from the 20 minutes of the first period of the match.

II. If one of the teams arrives with more than 10 minutes of delay or does not appear, without having a justified excuse, this one will lose the match with a result of 3 to 0 and will be sanctioned with three points less.

III. If the absence is justified, the team will lose the match with a result of 3 to 0 but will not be sanctioned.

IV. The organization reserves the right to modify the fixture timetable with the aim of respecting the schedules and the progress of matches.

5.      Cards and sanctions

I. The sent off players will not have substitutes.

II. Accumulating 5 yellow cards, will suppose a match with sanction after the match during which the last yellow card have been received

UNIFORMS AND EQUIPMENT

Every team will be responsible for its own clothing. All the players of the same team will have to wear the same shirt. If both teams are wearing shirts of the same colour, the organization will give to one of them another shirt in order to distinguish them.

The organization will give players, balls and refereeing of the Andorran Federation of Football. Players are advised to use football boots with plastic studs as the competition will take place on artificial pitch.
