RULES OF CROSS - COUNTRY | |||||||||||||||

The organization of the European Sport Championship of Police and Fire Andorra2010, with the authorization of the Andorran Athletics Federation and under the supervision of the School of Judges of the Andorran Athletics Federation, will organize the Cross-race event on June 26th, 2010 in the circuit of Engolasters Lake of Escaldes-Engordany city. Art 1: Registrations: All participants should register before the deadline set by the Organization of the championship. Registration will be formalized online through the site: www.2010policefire.com, with the payment system Payment Virtual Terminal. There is no limit for entries for this event. Â Art. 2: Registration dates:
  Registrations will close two (2) weeks before the sporting event.
If a Club/Federation/Organization/Association accepts other competitors once exceeded the deadline of registration, new participants can register at the beginning of the championship at the Technical Secretariat located in the Meeting Point.
 When registering on the site, each competitor must complete the form required by facilitating the following data: name, surname, date and place of birth, number of identity card or passport, represented country, represented institution, e-mail address, list of all the sports the candidate will participate in (individually, by team or as trainer) Art. 3: Registration fees:
Fees will be 50 € if registration is made before January 15th, 2010 and gives the right to only participate in one sport. From this date, the expenses of registration will be 70 €. If competitors want to participate in several sports or modalities, the rate will be 15 € per additional sport. The payment will be realized on the site (registration) by credit card.
Art. 4: Confirmation of registration: The Organization Secretary will facilitate by e-mail to each competitor a number of registrations with all his data. This number will allow each candidate the access to his registration form so he can modify, add or cancel the chosen sports. Art. 5: Cancellation of events: The races could only be suspended in case of bad weather or by decision of the Judge Referee, which will be without appeal. Art. 6. Age Categories: OPEN: 18-29 SENIOR: 30-39 -SENIOR A: 30-34 -SENIOR B: 35-39 MASTER: 40-49 - MASTER A: 40-44 - MASTER B: 45-49 GRAND MASTER: + 50 - GRAND MASTER A: 50-54 - GRAND MASTER B: 55-59 - GRAND MASTER C: 60-64 - GRAND MASTER D: + 65 Art. 7: Sport events and schedule:
Art. 8: Process of confirmation of registration: All the participants will confirm their registration and their participation when they will arrive at Engolasters Lake at the table of the Call Room. Art. 9: Call Room: Two (2) calls will be formulated by speakers before the hour of competition of an athlete. 1st: 20 minutes before the beginning of the event 2nd: 10 minutes before the beginning of the event The 2on call will be the last one. The athlete who will not appear at the Call Room in the last call will be disqualified. Art. 10: Complaints: The complaints will be made to the secretary, thirty minutes (30 minutes) after the communication of the results or after the incident by depositing 30€ which will be paid off in case of favorable verdict. All that no appear in these rules will be resolved by the Organizing Committee according to the rule current of the I.A.A.F (Spanish version). Art. 11: Responsibility: The Organization will not accept responsibilities of any damage caused by the participation in these events.  |
